How far in advance should I make the reservation?
It depends on the day of the week, when you need our services, and the time of year. We recommend that you do so as soon as you have a designated date for your event. In rare cases, we were able to serve the same day as the call, but we recommend doing it well in advance.

How long will the chefs stay in my event?
It is very important that you define the time to serve the food, since the chefs will remain at your event 20 minutes after the time you ordered to serve the food. After this time the food that has not been served will be left in trays protected with aluminum foil to keep them warm. This is because chefs usually have to move to other events, which prevents them from staying in their event longer.
